| Description |
| Simply put, grief is dealing with loss. Whether it’s the passing of a loved one, years lost or time wasted, losing a job, or even separation from a spouse, we all must face loss. What you may not know is that your sustained grief may be behind your current struggle or even sickness.
It’s how we deal with our loss and how long we allow grief to grip us that will determine our future. Our attitude toward loss will make the grieving process healthy or detrimental; freeing or destructive.
In this series, Dr. Grier will teach you to examine and successfully face your grief in a way that will make you stronger and give you the grace to move forward.
